Description
Where else will you find pollinator rows of specialty cut flowers, grassland full of delicately marbled wagyu, and a scorched limestone barn & homestead built around 1900? It's a family affair here in Holyrood, KS with 3 generations of Homolkas running the 120-year-old farm. Two fires blazed through the farm scorching the limestone and turning it red. This is where our name came from
The farm is run by Jim & Katie Homolka and their son and daughter-in-law, Josh & Jessica Homolka. Jim & Katie Homolka live on and run the farm since the 80s. Jim's grandfather quarried the limestone and built all the structures on the farm including a 3 story home and our iconic barn.
